Bring the Supplier, I’ll Do the Rest
A returning client and old friend from Spain approached me with a new business idea: automate jewelry sales through a U.S.-based supplier. After researching the category and identifying key trends and brands, we defined a product selection that aligned with market demand. To bring everything together, I led a minimalist-themed photoshoot, ensuring the visuals resonated with the store’s design.
The store is now delivered and ready for launch.

Building Beyond Sales
This is where I first began doing business with my old friend from Spain. He trusted me to start his online store, giving me the perfect chance to apply what I had been learning about eCommerce automation. I decided to take a bold risk by entering the furniture, lamps, and rugs category—despite its known challenges for dropshipping.
We generated $1,000 in sales in the first 3 months and the store was successfully handed over to the client. But the real lesson for me? I realized that while I enjoy building businesses, my true passion lies in helping others succeed.

Where Business Meets Marketing
While my role here wasn’t initially focused on marketing, it evolved to include strategic communications, revealing how interconnected marketing and business management are. I learned that what can be managed must first be measured—numbers guide decisions, showing where money flows and what drives profit.
In this role, I not only grew professionally but also reached a corporate level, where I realized that understanding marketing is just as essential as managing the business itself. With one, you nurture and understand the operation; with the other, you amplify and propel the strategy forward.
